Magik Johnson House Quake EP Berwick Street Records Review

Thursday, November 6th, 2008

Your-Scene.com is helping promote Berwick Street Records releases. Here is a review and promo for Magik Johnson’s House Quake EP.
Next up we go down under to New Zealand where Manchester born Magik Johnson has been working on the House Quake EP for us. Already signed to NRK, Saved, End Recs & Underwater we are very proud to welcome Magik to the Berwick Street fold.

Four slabs of the finest tech funk here in this slamming EP from the wigged out, groovy flavour of House Quake itself to the tougher more uplifting sounds of After Shock & Faster But Slower, and the deeper, darker more warped sounds of Twisted to round things off.

Thanks for this. Cool EP of deep funky tech grooves. After Shock and House Quake are my choice cuts. Not main room material but definitely handy for a deep tech house excursion.
