1st of Many Your-Scene Party Responsible Series: Things to Help You Feel Less 8 Up So You Can Be Ready and Energized for The Next Party
As an oldskool raver helping my fellow partiers, ravers, DJs and EDM Lovers into the nuskool era, I have decided to start a series of blogs about partying responsibly and taking care of your body so you’ll be able to bounce back, DJ, get on the dancefloor or do whatever else moves you with a sense of health, energy, and liveliness. This is my way of sending PLUR throughout the EDM world of Parties, Clubs, Raves, and Festivals.
List of Guidelines to Help You Party Responsiblity and Kick the 8 up Feeling in the Ass
1. Before you put anything in your body study what is in the pill or drug you may be taking and what affect it may have on you. This might discourage you from taking something or keep you away from the Hospital, Medical Clinic or Doctor’s Office. Here’s a few websites to help you test your pills or anything else:

2. Stay Hydrated by drinking lots of Water, Gatorade, Powerade, or Vitamin Water Most things you will take including alcohol and dancing all night long will dehydrate you so keep water close by and make sure you’re hydrated , because being dehydrated and overheating sucks.
3. Make sure you are comfortable in the area you’re partying in and there are friends or people are around you that you trust at all times just incase you might slip into a state where you can’t help yourself. Trust me: You do not want to be taken advantage of in any circumstance Keep the PLUR around you.
4. Before you party make sure that you are not taking any prescriptions or any drugs that may react badly with what you want to take.
5. If you’re gonna party make sure you take one or a small amount of what you’re gonna do at first. Everyone’s body has different reactions to different substances. The only person you can trust is yourself in this situation. Don’t pay attention to the jack ass who may have developed a high tolerance or is just plain showing off and stuffs 3 pills or more down there throat at once.
Supplements, Vitamins and Other Techniques to Help You Feel Less 8 Up
1. 5 HTP Helps reproduce serotonin in your brain that would be taken away from taking Exstacy, meth, meth amphetamines or other drugs.
2. L-Tryptophan or Alteril is an over the counter drug that can help you sleep and feel good as new in the Morning and also helps replenish serotonin.
3. Two tablespoons of Flax Seed oil everyday has helped me a lot.
4. Goji Berries help with many things and keep me in a great mood.

6. A Multi Vitamin suited to your needs is always a plus.
7. A good healthy diet can always help you with any future party complications you may have in the future.
8. Cardio Workouts like walking, jogging, and running 3-5 days a week can help you endure any future party complications and help keep a healthy heart.
9. Simple Yoga and Stretching Exercises everyday can help you endure long stretches of partying in the future.
10. Last but not least, you should always think before you use. Is it really worth putting your body through all the stress for only a few hours of enjoyment when you have a whole lifetime of PLUR, excitement and job opportunities ahead of you.
